The role
We are looking to expand the Sales function in our office in Amsterdam. As a Sales Development Representative at Cronofy, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships and generating opportunities for the sales team. You will be supported in this by Marketing & Sales and be part of the Go-To-Market team to align messaging and outreach.

Success in this role will be driven by your ability to build a multichannel outreach in order to engage with leads that fit our ICP, understand their use cases, and help them explore whether Cronofy can add value to their business.

Progress will be tracked by sales metrics and personal targets set against meetings booked and opportunities created.
Cronofy is a global business which means your sales activity will need to be organised around US and European time zones, we offer a lot of freedom and flexibility on how you go about your day and figure out what works best for you.

Your capabilities
  • You will have affinity with in a SaaS technology business;
  • Talk confidently about what motivates you to be successful at Cronofy;
  • You will be comfortable making cold-calls and enjoy doing cold outreach to well researched leads;
  • Build & understand your own benchmark based on daily & weekly KPIs;
  • Learn fast & adjust accordingly.

Our principles guide how we approach every day. We work hard but insist that everyone considers the balance between work and their life and responsibilities outside. We are direct in our dealings with each other. We continuously work to build mutual trust so that we can give each other feedback without fear of it being taken personally.

We can support a predominantly remote, office-based, or hybrid working model. We do really value face-to-face time and, where circumstances allow, encourage teams to spend regular time together at suitable locations. As our current Sales team are based in the Netherlands, it would be most beneficial if the successful applicant was based in, or within a reasonably commutable distance, to Amsterdam.

Hiring process
  • 30 minute introductory call with our Head of Talent
  • 30 minute introductory call with Head of Sales
  • A 60 minute panel interview with Head of Sales & CEO
    • Answer your questions
    • Discuss your work history.
    • Role-play cold call.
    • Assignment to find 2 Ideal Customers/Buyer personas, and why they would be a good fit.
    • Dive into the Cronofy culture.
  • You will also be given the opportunity to set up one-to-one calls with members of the Cronofy team to help assess your cultural fit and answer any final questions you may have
