Founding Growth Marketer

Permanent employee, Full-time · London / Remote
64,000 - 89,000 £ per year
About us
Cronofy is the meeting and scheduling infrastructure powering 180,000 companies worldwide - unlocking their product and AI strategies built on top of our meeting capabilities. We help anytime meetings are business critical: powering interview scheduling for Indeed or Teamtailor, telehealth consultations for Docplanner, appointment booking for GoDaddy or Houzz, and many more use cases across both traditional and agentic workflows.
The role
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to launch and scale our most promising growth levers (not the ones we think might be interesting, but the ones we’ve already validated as having very large growth potential) - in parallel to an existing marketing team focused on scaling our more mature GTM motion.

This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up: you’ll drive "0→1" marketing initiatives, own the playbook, and collaborate with a cross-functional growth squad to turn experiments into scalable pipelines. With an initial focus on our most exciting new integration partners, you’ll lead the charge in creating and executing strategies that deliver measurable revenue impact.

This role is for a commercially-minded marketer who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, is endlessly curious, and is obsessed with turning ideas into growth engines.
How you'll work
  • Growth Initiative Ownership: Identify, prioritise, and execute high-potential growth initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue in our most promising growth levers. You’ll research, test, and scale what works, documenting the playbook as you go.
  • Playbook Creation: Define the strategy, messaging, and operational model for the most promising growth levers. For example, you might build an integration partnership marketing motion to figure out how we make the most of co-marketing with key partners, or how we empower new agentic use cases on top of some of the most popular LLMs and collaboration platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure initiatives are data-driven, aligned with business goals, and optimised for impact. You’ll be the marketing voice in the growth squad, ensuring we move fast without sacrificing rigour.
  • Impact Tracking: Measure and optimise the ROI of your initiatives, tying every activity to either great growth insights or to pipeline and revenue growth (ideally both, never neither). Your success will be defined by your ability to turn experiments into repeatable, scalable initiatives.
Expected outcomes within 12 months: established and scaled at least one growth lever, driving increased revenue growth whilst creating clear playbooks we can use to continuously accelerate and increase our growth - overall contributing to a stronger, more diversified growth engine for Cronofy.
Who we think you are
You’re an intellectually curious, hands-on marketer with a builder’s mindset. You excel in uncharted territory, love solving problems from first principles, and are relentless about connecting marketing activities to the buyer journey and to business outcomes. You’re equally comfortable diving into data, building a marketing initiative, working with partners, and rallying teams around new opportunities and ideas.
Your capabilities
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS or agentic growth marketing, with a track record of launching and scaling "0→1" initiatives. Experience in partnerships, co-marketing, or new channel development is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, relationship-building, and storytelling skills. Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue from net-new initiatives. You’ve built playbooks where none existed before.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity. You’re biased toward action but never at the expense of impact.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, or API/platform products.
  • Background in high-growth, early-stage, or scale-up environments.
How we work

Our principles guide how we approach everyday.

We work hard but insist that everyone considers the balance between work and their life and responsibilities outside. We are direct in our dealings with each other. We continuously work to build mutual trust so that we can give each other feedback without fear of it being taken personally.

We can support a predominantly remote, office-based or hybrid working model. We do really value face-to-face time and, where circumstances allow, encourage teams to spend regular time together at suitable locations. As our current Marketing team is based in London (near London Bridge), the successful applicant should preferably be based in, or within a reasonably commutable distance, to London central - however we'll consider exceptional candidates based in the UK or the EU.

Hiring process
  1. A 20/30-minute screening call with our Head of Marketing.
  2. A 1-hour interview to dive into your experience and approach to growth.
  3. A practical task and panel discussion with some of our leaders to assess fit and collaboration.
What we offer
  • Basic salary of £64,000 - £89,000, depending on experience.
  • Pension scheme matched at 5% (gross)
  • 25 days holiday in addition to flexible national holidays. National holidays are added to your holiday allowance and you're not required to take them on the corresponding day.
  • 6 personal development days per year to use for learning and development, charitable causes or similar
  • Private medical care with Bupa
  • Medicash Proactive cash plan for dental, optical etc.
  • Life Assurance at 4x your salary
  • EAP - Employee Assistance Programme providing 24/7 mental health support
  • Extended maternity and paternity leave for new parents and adoption
  • Pleo card for work expenses, hardware, travel etc.
  • A flexible approach to working; remote, office or hybrid
  • A principles driven culture that provides the framework for autonomous decision making and personal development
